Toby created this seasoning mix back in the ’70s to get her kids to eat sautéed tofu. They loved it and soon friends and family started clamoring for it too. Before long, Toby was selling her mix and her famous “Tofu Tia” tacos at grower’s markets and fairs, and Toby’s Family Foods was born.
